Running python-RQ on a Raspberry Pi 3 Cluster

I keep getting asked to show some examples of Python code running on a Raspberry Pi cluster so here's a distributed task queue using python-RQ, Redis, and 16 ARM cores-worth of Raspberry Pi 3's.
